Fendler's Sandwort (Eremogone fendleri)
Look for tufts of skinny leaves and stems, and for five-petaled white flowers. At first, you may mistake the red anthers for for spots on the petals.
Sticky Starwort, Tuber Starwort (Pseudostellaria jamesiana)
A flower with five deeply notched white petals. At first it looks like each petal has tiny black spots. Look closer, and those are dark anthers on white stamens.
Chickweed (Stellaria)
Hard to tell what's going on, with flowers so tiny, and when they've barely bloomed. These white flowers have five petals, which are even more deeply notched than those on Tuber Startwort plants (above).
